More Ways to Help

This year, one of our goals is to engage volunteers more. So we're creating five new volunteer action teams. Check out the teams below and join us for an action planning meeting to get these teams started!

Volunteer Action Teams

Volunteer Team Meeting

At this meeting, we'll discuss our five new volunteer action teams and begin to work on them in breakout sessions. But first, we need to select a date that works for as many people as possible.

To do that, we've created a “doodle poll.”  Click here to tell us what works for you! Please be flexible and choose multiple date options so we can come up with one that works for as many people as possible.

Here’s how the 90-minute meeting will be structured:

  • 20 min. welcome and overview of action teams
  • 20 min. team breakout session 1 (5 concurrent team meetings)
  • 20 min. team breakout session 2 (5 concurrent team meetings)
  • 15 min. closing and next steps

(This leaves a 5 min. transition between each part of the meeting.)

So help us pick a meeting date now. Then next Monday, we’ll announce the meeting date, time and location and invite everyone to RSVP for it.

We look forward to having a meeting that’s fun, productive, and full of energy. We hope you can join us!
